Shadow is a graduate of University of Birmingham (UK) and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management. She has over twenty years experience and has been employed in a number of senior management roles in multi-national companies. With all these companies she was directly involved with corporate business, on-line plus leisure travel and serving the niche market.

Shadow’s background with global on-line travel company, multi-national leisure and corporate travel companies earned her valuable experience for travel product negotiation with tour operators, wholesalers and hoteliers plus setting up new IATA licensed offices. All this will complement your company’s objectives.

Thomas received his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Second Honours) in Business Information Systems from Open University of Hong Kong.

Thomas started his career in the advertising field more than 12 years ago and was an assistant photographer and designer. Prior to the travel industry, he was Sales Manager in an advertising company and responsible for client relations and develop strategies with business partners and acted as support in client bidding activities.

Thomas was destined become one of the member in travel industry, enthusiasm about travel then impelled him to join travel industry in 2001. During his six years in the travel industry, he was Assistant Manager-Product Department in a large leisure travel company. His qualities and the experience gained throughout his career with advertising field enabled him to set up successful in developing the internal website which is an informative platform introducing updated travel news, new product enhancements and training for internal staff. His background in FIT leisure travel and web development and gaining valuable experience for travel product negotiation with airlines, hoteliers, land operators, plus new package development which will benefit your company’s objectives.
